CM 13 is a custom ROM and not an official Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The firmware is developed by third party Devices and it is not related with your OEM or with Google. Be prepare first:
1-You have to root your phone first just click on phone finder tap on this site and you will see how to root it or just follow one click root methods not all will work for you but just try if you didn’t have a luck on finding your phone here or one click , Then reply here with your model number and your android version .
2-You have to install Custom boot loader like TWRP or CWM same as rooting you can find how to do that .

How to Install CM13 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS on any Android device
Then, transfer both files on your device – first connect your smartphone with your computer with the help of the USB cable.
Next, power off your device as you must enter recovery mode menu on the same.
Once in recovery, make the already mentioned wipe – usually, it can be done by choosing “wipe data factory reset”, “wipe cache partition” and “wipe dalvik cache”.
After cleaning up the system you need to load the ROM – you should have something like “install zip from SD card” and “choose zip from SD card”.
First pick the CM 13firmware file and install Android 6.0 Marshmallow on your device.
Then, do the same thing with the Google Apps package.
When done, from main menu of recovery select “reboot system now”.
